Appointments

 Our hours of practice are from :

  • Monday – Friday: 08:30 am – 06:30 pm
  • Saturday: 09:00 am – 01:00 pm
  • Sunday/ Public Holidays: Closed

How to make an Appointment:

  1. Telephone bookings can be made during surgery hours by calling the surgery on 9636 2878.
  2. Bookings can be made in person at the surgery during surgery hours.
  3. Depending on the urgency of your complaint, walk-ins (patients coming into the surgery without an appointment)  can be accommodated but there may be a wait. The appointment may be with the doctor of your choice if they are available or the first available doctor.
  4. New patients  are welcomed and can call for an appointment or present in person. All new patients will need to fill in forms with some basic information which can be done at the surgery or taken home and filled in.

If you have an emergency please telephone 000 or go to your nearest emergency department.

After hours medical care

  • After hours medical care – Provided by Sydney Medical Service (8724 6300) and available to all regular patients.
  • Bulk-billed for current medicare card holders.

Medical certificates

  • Medical certificates are available and can be requested at the time of consultation with your doctor.
  • If you require a special consideration certificate, please bring the necessary paperwork to your consultation.

Parking

Ample parking space is available on site and in very close walking distance.

Cancellations

  • We understand it is not always possible to attend your appointment but we do request that you let us know as soon as possible so that we may be able to accommodate other patients waiting to see a doctor.
